ULTRA SHOCK (900G) – STEP 2 SANITIZER SYSTEM

ULTRA SHOCK™ is an effective non-chlorine oxidizer as part B of a bromine sanitizer system which provides bromine sanitation when used with part A, ULTRA START™ or BROMO DISCS™, and controls bacteria and algae in hot tub waters.

Beachcomber UltraShock (formerly called Bromate) is a highly soluble, granular, finely ground, 100% chlorine-free oxidizing product that contains Potassium Monopersulfate. This oxidizer works alone or in conjunction with our other product Beachcomber Ultra Start to create active bromine sanitizer. For activating Ultrashock, you must add to your hot tub water with our liquid Bromide; it creates a ‘bank’ that activates UltraShock, creating hypobromous acid. This reaction releases a powerful bromine sanitizer that kills bacteria, viruses and pathogens in the hot tub water. It also prevents the growth of these harmful organisms. UltraShock can also be used with our Bromo Disc which together creates bromine sanitizer.

Application

• Add Ultra Start as directed
• Add 125 g of UltraShock per 1000L of hot tub water to release bromine sanitizer
• Maintain water circulation at least 30 minutes before using
• Test your water and maintain the proper Bromine level by adding 30 g of Ultra Shock per 1000L of hot tub water, daily or as needed. Beachcomber 6 Ways Water Test Strips
